The building, No. 50, that members of the Tsarnaev family call home sits on a seemingly quiet street in Makhachkala. The capital of Dagestan, a semi-autonomous region in southern Russia, borders the Caspian Sea on one side and on the other overlooks the Caucasus Mountains.
